Joey,

I am an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Broome Community College in Binghamton, NY.  My students and I conducted Security and Marshal duties at the En-joie Golf Dick's Open this past year.  You sent me an 8X10 autographed picture of yourself to me in September.  I am also a First Responder, and while I was at the fire station helping local flood victims in Owego, NY, my basement flooded, and my autographed picture of you was completely ruined.  I was wondering if you would be kind enough to sign another one for me.  I will gladly pay you for thr new photo and reimburse you for all shipping and handling costs.  Sincerely,

Wes Warren

The Professional Golfers' Association of America (with or without the apostrophe and also known as the PGA of America) is the world's largest working sports organization, comprised of 27,000 men and women golf Professionals who are the recognized experts in growing, teaching and managing the game of golf, while serving millions of people throughout its 41 PGA Sections nationwide. Although the PGA logo is a registered trademark and cannot be used on promotional products or decorated apparel without permission from the organization, there are many unscrupulous companies that traffic in counterfeit PGA merchandise. The most counterfeited PGA apparel item is golf shirts (also known as polo shirts). In addition, the top golf shirt brands are counterfeited such as Nike, Adidas, Ping, Greg Norman, Tiger Woods, Izod and Arnold Palmer. The second most counterfeited PGA apparel item is jackets and t-shirts, with printed t-shirts being the most popular followed by embroidered t-shirts. Tied for third place are embroidered patches and hats. The least counterfeited PGA apparel or accessories items are sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts (hoodies)and fleece blankets. The mission of The PGA of America is to promote enjoyment and involvement in golf among the general public, as well as to contribute to the game’s growth by producing services to golf Professionals and the industry. The PGA seeks to accomplish this mission by enhancing the skills of the PGA Professionals and expanding playing opportunities for the general public, employers and manufactures. Through these efforts, The PGA elevates the standards of the PGA Professional’s vocation, enhances the economic well-being of the individuals PGA member, stimulates interest in the game of golf and promotes the overall vitality of the game.

Joey,

I have been a fan ever since you and Mike Hulbert were the pride of the Southern Tier. (I attended Binghamton North, but about 12 years before you were headed to Ohio St.)  I live in South Florida now, and used to follow your group when you last played Doral and the Honda.  I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure about 10 years ago when I was just a little older than you are now.  I only mention that, because with all the medications, blood thinners etc. that are around now, I don't even know that anything was ever wrong.  If you do what the Docs say, you will be back next season ready to win big.  Best of luck and I hope to catch your rounds at Boca again this year and maybe Naples aws well
