The Professional Golfers' Association of America (with or without the apostrophe and also known as the PGA of America) is the world's largest working sports organization, comprised of 27,000 men and women golf Professionals who are the recognized experts in growing, teaching and managing the game of golf, while serving millions of people throughout its 41 PGA Sections nationwide. Although the PGA logo is a registered trademark and cannot be used on promotional products or decorated apparel without permission from the organization, there are many unscrupulous companies that traffic in counterfeit PGA merchandise. The most counterfeited PGA apparel item is golf shirts (also known as polo shirts). In addition, the top golf shirt brands are counterfeited such as Nike, Adidas, Ping, Greg Norman, Tiger Woods, Izod and Arnold Palmer. The second most counterfeited PGA apparel item is t-shirts, with printed t-shirts being the most popular followed by embroidered t-shirts. Tied for third place are embroidered patches and hats. The least counterfeited PGA apparel items are sweatshirts and hooded sweatshirts (hoodies). The mission of The PGA of America is to promote enjoyment and involvement in golf among the general public, as well as to contribute to the game’s growth by producing services to golf Professionals and the industry. The PGA seeks to accomplish this mission by enhancing the skills of the PGA Professionals and expanding playing opportunities for the general public, employers and manufactures. Through these efforts, The PGA elevates the standards of the PGA Professional’s vocation, enhances the economic well-being of the individuals PGA member, stimulates interest in the game of golf and promotes the overall vitality of the game.

MR. SNEDEKER

If you ever view this sight please take a moment to consider the offer I'm about to extend to you.  I play Bethpage Black on a frequent basis and fully appreciate the incredible challenge it presents golfers of all ability.  When it is in U.S. Open condition this Tillinghast jem is a mighty beast.  I love this course.  Additionally, as a fan of the great game, I appreciate the passion you pour into each and every effort you put forth.  That being said I would like to be your caddy for the 09 U.S. Open and, to sweeten the pot, will be willing to do it for free.  Wishsong3@yahoo.com   I know this course intimately.

I just wanted to tell you that from that shot you hit on the 18th on saturday you gained a new fun. Man, I just couldnt get over the way you smiled and kept things together for the fist three days. I am a Tiger fan but you won me over saturday and I I wanted you to win so bad I almost couldnt watch sunday. You held it in all week and let it go after it was over and showed a human side rarely seen by most athletes these days. If you find yourself in south FL and need a practice partner, let me know. I know that will never happen, but hell, I felt like you would say the thing to me. May the golf gods be with you.

Although I just posted a previous comment, I want to invite you to a round of golf in Kentucky, at Persimmon Ridge, which is rated #2 to Valhalla.  If you're in the area during the Ryder Cup, or any time for that matter, please take this as a very serious invite, as I would love to get your opinion of the course.  Know that you have numerous fans in the state where no tennis shoes are worn and siblings have children together, which is not true by the way.  I'm quite sure your IT fellas can catch where this email came from--if you're up for an enjoyable and challenging course, please let me know.  You can check it out at persimmonridge.com.

Brandt-While I cannot imagine playing Augusta, none the less in the Masters, keep in mind that emotions are real and it's refreshing to see them shared.  I am a die hard Tiger fan and must admit that you earned my loyalty from your performance and your demeanor throughout the Masters tournament.  I have seen that you have it in you and will be behind you each and every time I watch you on television.  Keep up the good work, and most of all, keep your head up!!!!!!

I am an assistant pro at Brandt's club in Nashville. It is so great to hear all the positive comments about fans who like Brandt and his performance at the Masters. When he cried at the end, I was worried people might make fun of him etc.. As someone who has known him for a year and played a round of golf with him last October, he is a wonderful person. Nice, humble, considerate etc...He's the type of guy I can cheer for. He's got game, too!!

Well you have made a new fan and look forward to your next tournament. this time you won't be cryiny and neither will I. good luck  Grandma Jean

Loved watching him at The Masters. He will have so many more years to come at Augusta. Too bad for this year, but he will learn and grow from it. This, after all, is only his second time there....first as a pro. I think he made many, many, fans last weekend. I know I am one of them.
