Dion is too slow for this game - Leafs made a huge mistake by making Captain so soon. Focus on him for a few shifts - he is lost in space, and not tough. Had a great fisrt shift as a Leraf and its been all downhill since then.

Calgary fans were happy to be rid of him, and Leafs fans will be too. Im living in Calgary now, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that by the time he left he was loathed by his fans and his teammates.

He has too large an ego to contribute to a team like the Leafs and he's probably the most overrated player in the NHL.

The Leafs NEED to get a nice trade for him whie they still can. Get some nice draft picks, and/or get a goal-scorer who can support Kessel!!!

I met Elisha a couple years ago when she was filming a movie in Hamilton, ON. My boyfriend worked at the bar of the hotel she worked at and she joined our group a few times. Being a leaf captain really got to Dion's head. I think even an "A" on his jersey would have been a problem. Should have been a regular player without a letter.. perhaps then he would have cared to make a name for himself, instead of getting honored as a captain the moment he arrives to Toronto. The leafs are one of biggest franchises in all of sports, and we are represented by a lathargic defenseman.

dion phaneuf and elisha cuthbert are still together and seem very happy. the two of them reside where i live in prince edward island. dion is not an asshole at all. he is a funny guy and they were both more than happy to give me an autograph. elisha is in the local grocery store at least once a week and is very nice to all of us that work there.

Elisha is not a gold digger, she makes good money. But she's definitely a puckbunny. Honestly she's not even good looking. My friend used to work at the Richtree restaurant at the BCE Place and she served Elisha and Avery one time. She said she could barely recognize Elisha because in person, she is really small (short and petite) and without all the make-up and hair, she looked like a 16 year old.

Did you see the pics of her and Dion at the beach? She is not hot. Did you know Justin Timberlake's What Goes Around song was written about Elisha? Because when she met Avery, she dumped Justin's best friend (who she was engaged to). I guess Justin was right - what goes around, comes around. lol
