MATT CASSEL is by far thee VERY BEST QB in the NFL.  I grew up in the same area as Matt Cassel, and my maiden name is FASSEL.

Theres no way hes worth the money KC is paying; he aint worth 2 pennies and a nickel. He cant throw deep; he cant throw short; he cant check down to the right receiver; he doesnt scramble; he flat out sucks! I hope the Chiefs address this in the off-season.

Reply-to:I am a NE fan from Maine. I watched Casel play that entire season for the Pats and he couldnt make the easy passes. He was awful. I never understood why P took him to KC. I think he was his quarterback from the start. BB didnt seem too impressed. The back up they have now is MUCH better (Hoyer) than Casel ever was. Sorry KC - because you have an otherwise fun team to watch. But he looks worse than he did for NE - and this after two years. He cant make the pressure throws. He cant take over a game.  Whos the bakup?

Matt Cassell Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!  he looked good in his first year with the chiefs mostly because of the eneptness he was surrounded by!  he will never be able to lead our beloved chiefs to a super bowl much less a play off win!  his productivity on third down is an absolute disgrace to the position.  he was a back up in new england and should be again, what a loser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scott Pioli admit you f----d up with Cassel and move on. You can't consistently win with 70 yards passing and if you stay with him your going to lose the whole town

Brady will be fine. SOmething sort of Similar happened to Philip Rivers when he hurt his knee remember? torn acl. he had surgery and was back with the Chargers and three months & had the best season of his career. SO I think Brady will be fine

Now that they traded Cassel I don't like the Panies anymore. I hope TO and Bills kick their butts
