 make sure you read everything carefully Andre.  if it's true your agent concocted & perpetuated lies, he probably set it up so he gets most of your $$.  so at least half goes to taxes, the rest to him....   

if the andre trade rumors/articles/publicity really was concocted by his agent, then his agent seems like such a sleeze.  can't believe i wasted my time reading articles that were apparently based on non-sense/falsehoods his agent created (allegedly). won't waste my time reading any more andre articles now if they are indeed based on lies from his agent...  was a huge andre supporter before but if all this is true about the agent that is just such a turn-off.  Agent Rob you did your client a disservice if it is true you were behind the non-sense 

ANDRE IS AMAZING & SHOULD NOT BE TRADED !!!!!   After a good summer's rest he will be even more amazing.

Andre seems like an amazing person, but it also seems he deserves better and more PR. 

Andre spends significant amounts of time giving back to the Philly community, but doesn't seem to get much if any good press about it.  For instance, the recent event at the Franklin Institute, where Andre did show up, put in the time & effort, yet the press focuses on how M. Vick didn't come?? 

Andre needs better publicity about all that he does to contribute, both on and off the court.  The press about Andre needs to be more positive - look at this great guy, all he's done and still does to help out the Phila community, etc.

There is really no need to curse ever, but esp. about a game that is simply to be entertainment. 

Andre seems to have the qualities that are often considered essential for a good leader:  character, competence, and commitment. 

Though I cannot personally speak to his character, he seems committed to doing good and giving back to the community.  As far as competence, Andre is an amazing athlete and player. What your "comment" fails to acknowledge is that Andre has been significantly injured.  He cannot be expected to play at his usual high level after having the time off to recover from an injury.  His commitment seems reflected in the fact that, until this latest time off due to injury, he had one of the highest continuous participation in games.  Playing night after night, year after year, has to be incredibly hard on the body (and likely mentally & emotionally challenging as well). 

Given Andre's injury and time not playing, he obviously should be given some "slack" as far as the critiques.  It seems rediculous and unnecessarily harsh that Phila fans are so unfairly critical of Andre.   The Sixers should not trade Andre, as he seems like an amazing athlete and person.

nah just kidding, it is a shame that people are so reckless as to who they have children with now a days. theres no importance placed on the union of marriage then a family. people just having babies with ANYONE and yes she is just anyone...relationship or not...she was not his wife. that is why i dont feel sorry for him or her. So then, what's the point of people coming on here and telling others to mind their own business, when they are reading and posting comments themselves!! I guess it's only a matter of time before the word 'hater' appears!! Anyway, let me get back to what this site is for - gossiping (haha). Some people side with Andre, some with Clayanna, but neither of them come out of this situation looking good. I don't feel sorry for either of them. You know who I feel sorry for.................the little girl who had no choice in the matter. The little girl who will have to grow up knowing that her parents engaged in a public dispute over her child support settlement.  Correct me if I am wrong, but if Clayanna was in a relationship with Andre for 5 years, wasn't she seeing him when he had a fiance and a son?................  Sounds like they deserve each other. Also, why is it that whenever people come on her defending Clayanna they always seem to make her look like the very person they say she is not!!

like i said i dont know either one of them closely so i can only speculate but he what i do know of him, he doesnt seem like a person to completely ignore his obiligation, leaving her to file for support.

Because yes your right to file for child support (funny they just broke up during or after the child birth? i dont know either one of them but i do find that funny.) anyway thats fine get your child support (she was QUICK with it to llol go head girl. get your money.

BUt my problem is asking a man for 15 to 15gs. NOw of course he makes ALOT of money. Just because HE makes alot of money why should you be entitled to it? you should get enough to raise your child comfrotably. ALSO his child support should NOT be the sole contributor to raising that child. The mother need to be contributing to expenses also. Women have this thing so twisted up in their heads that they think the man should just pay for it all cause they birthed the baby. no sweetied. the child is YOURS too. If you were financially ready to take care of a child "claiming NO income" on the child support papers. THEN DONT HAVE A BABY! thats the problem with people today. smh. wake up people.

I’m sure Clayanna has all the good qualities that you say she does and good for her. You call me a 'hater' because I gave an opinion you do not like. The truth is  video ‘models’  (both past and present) use their good looks and bodies to portray black women to the world as con artists, gold diggers and sex objects. Not very classy is it? It’s certainly nothing to aspire to or be jealous of. Yet those who object are called ‘haters’ (wtf!). Sorry, but that’s some twisted logic. I can see why some girls would become video ‘models’ as it enables them to use the money to pursue more positive goals in life and good luck to them, but, it is what it is – degrading to black women. Now, if some of you have no problem with that, then fine. And if you see no problems for the black family when people are having numerous children with numerous partners, then fine, but that does not make me a 'hater' because I do.  Don’t get me wrong though, I hope that Andre and Clayanna have a beautiful and healthy baby girl and a wonderful life together!
