carl sux no matter what he does, especially when he does it with obammyReply-to:Carl being associated with the Obamas is not a bad thing, in fact, there is a large portion of NASCAR nation that would think him being associated with any Republican is worse. Being associated with the president and all of the other high-profile athletes involved in that event is good for NASCAR and helps expose it to new audiences, which in turn boosts sponsorship opportunities and enables small and large teams alike to fully fund their drivers. This ensures a continuation of the sport. We should all be concerned when the RCRs and Roushes cant fully fund the max of four teams -- it diminishes the competition quality, makes it harder for new drivers to get their big breaks, and forces some of our older faves into early retirement/lower series. I dont know about you, but Id like to see an end to start-and-park drivers. Little things like Carl joining a Presidential physical fitness program help to contribute to these (hopeful) eventualities. Not to mention, its good for little kids who are already NASCAR fans to see a popular driver putting an emphasis on physical fitness.

I can not believe people would use this site to make rude comments about Carl Edwards. There must be a lot of BITTER people out there. If you can not say anythuing nice---Don't say anything at all!
