I posted on another MMA forum that he sucks and the admins warned me.. lol. I guess it's the hype from MMA writers who want him to be perceieved as ranked/good.

In all of his interviews.. all he talks about is fighting guys who are ranked and refuses fighters with no names.. what a douche.. you have to fight whoever they put in front of you to get good..

Forrest Griffin, UFC's pretty boy. Forrest Griffin got tired of being called that so he made an all out effort to get beaten ugly in a hurry. That's why in all of his fights he makes an effort to take each punch to his face with full force, unsatisfied until his face is flattened and mangled. Then at the end of the fight he does that shit eating smirk into the camera; as if he's says, "See, I can take a punch!" Being able to take a beating doesn't make you a good fighter, just an idiot.

Forest griffin is a joke.  Some stupid redneck goofey look-a-like who seriously lacks any skill.  "he has heart" is a standard statement for someone who lacks any identifiable skill.

He lacks the ability to train with any purpose.  His only thought is: If I get hit in the face again, I am gonna swing as hard as I can at this guy....that will show him.

To any fan of his I must ask on simple question. Why ? Is it really that impressive that this guy can constantly get his skull pounded and laugh about it after the fight.  you know there are actually guys out there who come to fight with a game plan...tactics.  Forest griffin thinks one thing....I gonna swing as hard as I can and maybe I'll hit something.

Anyway, Forrest has now made it to Alaska. He was sighted in Dutch Harbour running onto a crab boat, and jumping off the stern....SWIM FORREST! SWIM!!

Now I know what really happend.  Now I know why Forrest ran from the ring.  I talked to him late last night back in his hotel room.  Forrest is really crushed by all this, by the way.  This ended in a way that he really regrets.  After Silva toyed with him and knocked him down for the final time and the fight ended.  Forrest ran from the ring because he had an urgent appointment and needed to see his gynecologist.  I think it was a yeast infection.

I really like Forrest for what he has accomplished, but when i laid money down for the PPV event, first time i have EVER done that, it was a massive dissapointment. I would have liked him to comment at the end of the fight as to what he felt went wrong, not run out of the ring.

I payed to watch him fight and he let me down I think he should pay the money back to me becouse I save all week And to see him run. I had to work harder for the money and i am not rich I would have worked harder then that to win the fight

I would def date Forrest, Love his ears (I have a thing for ears) He was the best in the First series out Ultimate fighter and the best fighter period. Forrest if you ever come to Birmingham UK I'll show you a couple of wicked gyms to train at.

But hes an amazing fighter, I agree with the other comment though he has alot of heart. He'll own the title again in no time.
