If I was banging/married to some professional athlete,  I wouldn't be lurking on /searching internet forums to make sure my reputation wasn't being tarnished. 

I thought this site was just for delusional fans to gossip and drool over these unattainable men. I do enjoy reading the worst things and unfounded rumors. But like I said. I have to wonder why (supposedly) the actual wives and girlfriends would even care what us losers say. It makes one wonder how true these comments are.

In Re: To one of the below comments defending their scavenger techniques, let me spell it out for you. The players arrive between 1 & 4 for a typical 7:35 start. In the time that they are in the clubhouse, they have already called 3 girfriends 2 ex-wives & scheduled a hooker for after hours. Lets not be naive here, you girls are nothing but Green Flies, a term used by the players themselves. Get A Real Life! Because most Major Leauge Careers don't extend past 10 years & that's if your good enough to last that long.

So all you wannabes should enjoy the ride while you can!

The players are all spoiled babies who were spoon fed.  They wouldn't last 3 minutes in my world!

look at it this way...if those are ashley's friends writing on here in support of her then props to them for defending their friend!!

And i think people should get the whole story before they judge so harshly.  to think she is a gold digger simply because she left home and doesnt have a full time job is crazy.  i dont have a full time job and i left home and a great job for my man---am i a gold digger??  if anyone did that in normal life then they wouldnt get criticized...but just because we do it for our men who happen to be athletes we get labeled gold diggers. 

and let me just point this out about the job---if you do work full time when are you going to see yoru man?  i dont work so that i can travel on the road and to spring training.  also, what if they get traded or move down or up a level?  and finally, they tend to get to the field about 5 hrs before game time and arent done til an hr after---by the end of the day theyve put in easily 8 hrs.  so if you work 8-5 and theyre "working" about 2-11---when will you see them?  dont criticize us becaus we want to be able to see our men.

Well you are misinformed.  Ashley had a full time job in Houston before she moved with Taylor in October.  She gave up her life for a man she loves.  

I know that Ashley and Taylor have a good relationship with both sets of parents and look forward with their visits with all of them in Denver and at their respective homes. 

There was no home for Ashley to wreck.  Taylor was a single man with no commitment to any other woman.

I would advise Taylor and Ashley to get a lawyer and find out who is posting all of this slander about their lives without fact and the photos.

I just think its sad that she barley knew the guy and runs off with him leaving her family, friends and her life in Texas. What kind of family would let their daughter do that? Her mother must  desperate to find her daughter someone, so she picked him. Poor guy. If I was him I would run the other way and get a restraining order against her.

The pictures were not posted by Ashley, Taylor or either or their families.  I don't know who posted them but they have a lot of time to go through face book and myspace to find them and post on here.  

All of you "Gold digger" people.  Get a life.   I guess you feel that all of us stay home wifes are gold diggers.  That is about 99% of the baseball players wives or girlfriends.  It is very difficult for us to have a full time job when we live in 2-3 cities a year.  Our full time job is taking care of our homes and men.   Since Ashley and Taylor have been together for over 2 years, I would say she is doing something right.  

I am not Ashley or Taylor's family.   I am just someone that has gone through this same situation with jealous and hateful people.
