Reply-to:Johan is a colossal d-bag for sleeping around. From the sounds of things he didnt commit a crime as the victims story is very different from that of others who were with him that day. Since no criminal charges were filed and the case was thrown out, the victim is now pursuing a civil case.What bothers me is why this all went public when it did. Was someone hoping to get pregnant and then get a huge payment of hush-money? Was someone upset that things didnt go as planned and decided to leak the police report (icky details and all) to the public?I really feel for Johans wife. Im amazed that she has stayed with him throughout all of this. I know I would have started divorce proceedings as soon as I got word of any infidelity.

I live in Minnesota, and personally know someone who has been with him a couple times since he's been married. She still has his phone number and still talks to him after games. This recent news of his infidelity is no shocker.

He lives in my neighborhood and he's a very nice guy. He is very kind to my children and takes the time to talk to my son about baseball and give him encouragment. He's known his wife since childhood. He has two daughters and a six month old son. He spends a great deal of time with his dad. I talked to him tonight at the tennis courts. He was playing with his dad. Very cute.
